Description: The two- color injection molding machine is equipped with a rotation plate which allows placement of two molds to produce double color products. It shortens the injecting time and improves the production quality. Features: 1. Modular design, the mould locking part and injecting part can combined in several forms, thus extends the flexibility and application. 2. Two sets of single cylinder injecting units inject independently at the same time. Two-color product is molded at one operation to shorten the cycle time. 3. There are two independent hydraulic ejector units, and several ejector models can be chosen. 4. 180 rotary platen with two injecting molds in double directions. High direction proportioning valve controls the hydraulic motor. The rotary platen rotates in high speed stably and accurately by controlling the rotary pressure and speed. 5. Advanced needle roll bearing is equipped on the rotary platen. The mechanical, hydraulic and electric positioners ensure the precise rotary platen position and protect the mold from damage. 6. Two sets independent proportioning pressure flow controller control the two injecting units and two hydraulic ejector units. 7.
